- Have contact with your 3 - 6 leaders/business partners at least 3 times per week.
- Work with your leaders to identify their builders
- Assist them with their “Get Ready” and “Get Set” and then GROW together.
- First you are the ‘expert’ for your leaders; then with your assistance, they will become‘experts’ too.
